Blane, Rosen & Co was founded in 1971 by Steven Blane. Originally located in New Bond Street we specialised in the letting of commercial property in and around the West End of London. By 1979, we moved our offices to Swiss Cottage in North-West London where we remain today and are known locally for our sales and lettings of modern town houses on The Chalcots Estate. In 2005, Steven's son Alex joined the company where both remain today.
