Very happy with Martin & Co. I rented a 1 bed property in Basingstoke and the entire process from the viewing to getting the keys was painless. Lindsey was early to the initial viewing appointment, knowledgeable about the property and a great point of contact throughout. After a brief conversation with the owner my needs were very quickly ascertained and within an hour I went to view the property which I now live in. They assisted me in processing documentation and everything from the day I viewed the property. Their online portal is user-friendly, and all information is readily available.
