June saw Rightmove record the sixth consecutive monthly rise in new sellers’ average asking prices, up by 0.6%.
Latest statistics from digital marketing intelligence company ‘comScore’ reveal that the average UK home-hunter spends close to an hour using Rightmove each month – more than twice as long as the second highest property website!
Our Q2 2011 First-Time Buyer Report was released this week and revealed that first-time buyer levels have reached their highest for 12 months. The results this quarter find that prospective first-time buyers are up to 26.2%, their highest since the 26.3% recorded in Q2 2010.
