The majority of sales in Derbyshire during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £216,743. Detached properties sold for an average of £371,526, with terraced properties fetching £176,963.

Derbyshire, with an overall average price of £249,139, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Nottinghamshire (£250,357), but was cheaper than Leicestershire (£297,650) and Rutland (£456,291). The most expensive area within Derbyshire was Quarndon (£806,667) and the cheapest was Somercotes (£159,664).

Overall sold prices in Derbyshire over the last year were similar to the previous year and 4% up on the 2021 level of £240,259.
