The majority of sales in Derbyshire during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £217,170. Detached properties sold for an average of £371,660, with terraced properties fetching £177,551.

Derbyshire, with an overall average price of £249,160, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Nottinghamshire (£251,618), but was cheaper than Leicestershire (£297,526) and Rutland (£452,042). The most expensive area within Derbyshire was Quarndon (£835,000) and the cheapest was Somercotes (£153,820).

Overall sold prices in Derbyshire over the last year were similar to the previous year and 4% up on the 2021 level of £240,359.
