It is said that moving is one of the most stressful things to do, however the team at Lancasters work tirelessly to ensure that everything is looked after throughout the process, keeping in regular communication along the way. Their friendly professional approach really helps put you at ease and gives you confidence that they are working in your best interests. Every member of the team I had contact with did their utmost to help. The personal touches they offer enhance the experience. When it came time to hand over my keys once the sale had completed, I felt like I was saying farewell to friends. 

We sold our house with Lancasters back in May. It sold very quickly after a large number of viewings. I was extremely impressed by the way they marketed the property. Ben's initial visit was very comprehensive, he was polite, knowledgeable and very professional.Everything was organised very quickly and efficiently. The photos they took were excellent and the best of any other local estate agent I know of. They really helped to get the viewings.On viewing day everything was handled very professionally from start to finish. We were kept updated throughout and offered advice throughout.I would thoroughly recommend Lancasters to sell your property. They are the best in the business.

We recently used Lancasters Estate Agent to sell our house, and I was incredibly impressed with the service provided by them.  When we started the process, we got 3 local estate agency to value our house and Lancasters stood out to us the most. Ben valued our house and didn't pressure us into using them, or he did not use any dodgy sales tactics to get our business like one of the other local estate agency did. Ben valued our house professionally, gave us all the information we needed, and then gave us the time to think about whether we wanted to use them. There was no pressure from them at all. Once we had choose Lancasters, the process to getting our house on the market was really quick and professional. If I ever had any questions, Lancasters was really quick at responding and answering any of our concerns. We had quite a lot of buyers view our house, and it was during lockdown when viewings were taking place. The person doing the viewings always made sure everyone wore masks and they would wipe down any surfaces anyone had touched once the buyers had left. We sold our house within a month thanks to Lancasters, and our buyer hadn't come to view our house. Our buyer was viewing another local house and Lancasters suggested to her she view ours whilst in the area and it resulted in a sale.Once the sale was agreed, the process to completion did take some time but this was no fault of Lancasters but the solicitors involved in the sale. Danielle at Lancasters was exceptional. She was constantly chasing both solicitors to ensure the process was moving so I never had to chase our solicitor once because Danielle was always on the case and she was always in touch with me to keep me updated on the progress. I would defiantly recommend Lancasters and use them in the future.

We really could not fault Ben and the team at Lancasters. The service they provided throughout the sale of our property was nothing short of exceptional.  The amount of time and effort put in by the whole team to ensure the sale ran as smoothly as possible was commendable.  Our property sold within 3 weeks of it being on the market which is all down to the team going above & beyond, which far exceeded expectations.  

We recently bought a house through Lancaster's and it was a pleasure to deal with them. From the first visit to collecting the keys they were always very good at communicating and Danielle was exceptional when it came to finilising the deal and chasing for information from agents/solicitors. Would happily recommend them.
