    Adrian Dunford - Director
    Adrian has a fine pedigree in property services, purchasing his first property at the age of 18 and going on to run an Estate Agency in Parkstone which grew to three offices. He then veered into Finance, becoming an independent Financial Advisor for over 25 years, before coming back to agency through Tailor Made when his sister Jackie wanted to move back to Spain with her husband. Adrian's passion for the local area and years of experience in financial services make him well equipped to offer a wealth of advice. He has an entrepreneurial outlook and an exceptional perspective with a unique ability to problem solve, enabling him to suggest innovative ways to sell and purchase property.

    Nicola Dunford - Executive Support Manager
    Nicola is Adrian's wife and after the birth of their youngest son she joined Tailor Made. Although also having a strong interest inproperty and a history of working in estate agency, Nicola is a Chartered Physiotherapist specialising in neurological rehabilitation and spent over 20 years working in the NHS. Nicola focuses on the aspects of the business that Adrian has less time for book keeping, HR, business development projects and ensuring the business is compliant with legislation and professional standards.

    Robert Dunford - Land & New Homes
    Robert was raised locally and joined Tailor Made Estate Agency in 2001. The Land and New Homes section of Tailor Made benefits from over 20 years' experience.     Tailor Made welcomed Josh to the team in 2019 and he brings over 7 years' worth of property experience. Having formerly worked as a Sales Manager in the Isle of Purbeck, Josh has developed exceptional expertise in both selling and listing homes and is always striving to provide the best possible service to his clientele.     James has over 18 years in the property industry and started his career in London selling property in the sought after areas of Regents Park & St John's Wood.     Angela moved to Sandbanks nine years ago having been attracted to the beautiful beaches, more relaxed way of life and the close proximity to London. Now her children are teenagers Angela decided to indulge her love of property and is working part time at Tailor Made.
