House Prices in Surrey

Most of the sales in Surrey over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £997,903. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £563,748 and flats averaged at £300,818.

Surrey, with an overall average price of £616,701 was more expensive than nearby West Sussex (£439,571), Berkshire (£478,728) and East Sussex (£426,461). The most expensive area within Surrey was Wentworth (£1,676,420) and the cheapest was Goldsworth Park (£351,532).

In the past year house prices in Surrey were 4% down on the year before and similar to 2021 when they averaged at £602,281.
