House Prices in Surrey

Most of the sales in Surrey over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £1,050,800. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £569,002 and flats averaged at £308,602.

Surrey, with an overall average price of £635,913 was more expensive than nearby West Sussex (£444,372), Berkshire (£495,529) and East Sussex (£432,050). The most expensive area within Surrey was Oxshott (£1,892,928) and the cheapest was Goldsworth Park (£352,029).

In the past year house prices in Surrey were similar to the year before and 6% up on 2021 when they averaged at £601,759.
