We don't sell property. We sell homes. For over 50 years Meryn Smith have helped many generations of the same family to get on the property ladder, move, downsize or deal with selling their home in more trickier times. 2. We will do all we can to sell your home to the most qualified buyer; and to sell the right home to you, not the one most convenient or profitable for us.

3. If we have failed to uphold the high standards to which you rightly hold us, and to which we hold ourselves, we will apologise, and look for solutions, regardless of cost to the business or ourselves. If we think you would be better served by another agent, we will tell you who and why.

Whilst experience may vary. Buying and Selling in the UK is not for the fainthearted. We cannot change the government of the day, the mortgage companies, the conveyancing companies, nor the feelings and illogical choices some people may make when the pressure is on - but we have been there, seen it, and got the T-Shirt - thousands of times, and that's just Stan.

When you are choosing who to deal with credibility and trust matter. You cannot have one without the other. We are not owned by private equity, or a large financial institution. You can call me personally should you wish, and everybody is empowered to put things right at the point of first contact. We use facts, data and experience to provide the most valuable insight available to anyone. Like the mightiest oak tree, local roots are more important than the biggest branches - this is true of estate agencies.
