House Prices in Hampshire

Most of the sales in Hampshire over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £310,823. Detached properties had an average sold price of £654,242 and semi-detached properties averaged at £385,564.

Hampshire, with an overall average price of £394,144 was more expensive than nearby Isle Of Wight (£319,831), but was cheaper than Berkshire (£495,053) and West Sussex (£447,171). The most expensive area within Hampshire was West Meon (£1,200,000) and the cheapest was Knowle (£214,846).

In the past year house prices in Hampshire were 3% down on the year before and 3% up on 2021 when they averaged at £384,338.
