House Prices in Hampshire

Most of the sales in Hampshire over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £314,145. Detached properties had an average sold price of £619,218 and semi-detached properties averaged at £381,668.

Hampshire, with an overall average price of £393,547 was more expensive than nearby Isle Of Wight (£304,496), but was cheaper than Berkshire (£492,590) and West Sussex (£444,197). The most expensive area within Hampshire was Selborne (£1,536,000) and the cheapest was Southampton Common (£230,298).

In the past year house prices in Hampshire were similar to the year before and 3% down on 2022 when they averaged at £406,230.
