House Prices in Hampshire

Most of the sales in Hampshire over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £309,924. Detached properties had an average sold price of £647,102 and semi-detached properties averaged at £384,324.

Hampshire, with an overall average price of £392,017 was more expensive than nearby Isle Of Wight (£312,183), but was cheaper than Berkshire (£490,044) and West Sussex (£445,394). The most expensive area within Hampshire was Beaulieu (£1,178,546) and the cheapest was Southampton Common (£215,892).

In the past year house prices in Hampshire were 4% down on the year before and similar to 2021 when they averaged at £384,389.
