Rightmove recently asked over 25,000 people to tell us how their local place rated on some these topics, and to celebrate the launch of Rightmove Places we’ll be revealing the results throughout this week.
Rightmove recorded that over 1 in 5 property searches were performed on mobile devices on Sunday as home-hunters took their property search outdoors to enjoy the heat wave across the UK.
New sellers in Wales dropped their asking prices by an average of -1% in June to leave the average asking price for a property in Wales at £168,850. This was in contrast the overall national picture in the UK which saw average asking prices increase by 0.6% in the month.
